Domestic (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping (express not yet offered): $14 AUD

  • Orders are made to order and carefully prepared by our small Melbourne-based team. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production before your order is packed and dispatched.

Sizing:

Sizes XS, S, M, L are available on a range of our garments.

Our Returns/Exchange policy:

  • At Sincerely, Dolce, every piece is thoughtfully made to order by our small Melbourne-based team. We embrace a slow, intentional approach to production, where each item is individually crafted with care before it is sent out. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your order to be made prior to dispatch. Shipping time is in addition to this and begins once your piece has been shipped.

    We are not a mass-produced brand - each garment is carefully checked and handled throughout the entire process to ensure it meets our standards before leaving our studio. We truly appreciate your patience and support of a slower, more conscious way of creating.

    As each piece is made specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns or cancellations for change of mind. This helps us protect the time, energy, and resources of our small team and maintain our made-to-order model.

    We are only able to offer returns or resolutions in the case of:
    • Faulty items
    • Incorrect items received
    • Approved size exchanges

    This policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law, which allows the refusal of change-of-mind returns for custom and made-to-order goods

  • 5-day exchange policy.

    • Exchanges are only available for different sizes.

    • Please email us with your order number and desired size.

    • Include a note inside your return package detailing the exchange.

    Please ensure the item you wish to exchange for is in stock before emailing us.
    If the requested size or item is no longer available, we can offer you a store credit instead.

    Customers are responsible for all postage costs involved in returning and resending the exchange. We will email instructions on how to pay for the return shipping.
