Domestic (Australia):

• Standard Shipping: $12 AUD

• Express Shipping: $18 AUD

• Orders from the Reworked collection are packed and sent within 3–5 business days.

• Orders from our made to order collection may take up to 10-15 business days.

Sizing:

Sizes XS, S, M, L are available on a range of our garments.

Our Returns/Exchange policy:

Returns:

• Strict 5-day return policy (Australia only).

• Refunds are only issued for faulty items – not for change of mind.

• You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with written confirmation and photo evidence of the fault.

• Email: info.sincerelydolce@gmail.com to begin your return. Please note emails are replied to in 3-5 business days.

• Returns are not accepted on sale items unless faulty.
  Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer.

  Once approved, return the item via Australia Post. A refund will be issued for the item only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

  • Exchanges are only available for different sizes.

  • Please email us with your order number and desired size.

  • Include a note inside your return package detailing the exchange.

  Please ensure the item you wish to exchange for is in stock before emailing us.
  If the requested size or item is no longer available, we can offer you a store credit instead.

  Customers are responsible for all postage costs involved in returning and resending the exchange. We will email instructions on how to pay for the return shipping.
